I'm Feeling Much Better Now

Today's run went really well. I got in nine on the roads in Gorham. The weather was warm and I was surprised at how crusted with salt I was after. Luckily I had water with me.

    Yes it was a great day to run, I went to pineland after work and though it was a bit soggy and energy sucking, the weather made up for it.

    Energy sucking, huh? I was considering doing my long run there tomorrow. We'll see. Ryan would like to run with the TMs.
