The Triffitts hosted one of their famous Cathance and Pancake runs. As usual, it was a blast. Ryan, on the DL, held down the fort with Kate and Sam, while Danielle lead the group (Jamie, Mindy, Rick, Mary, Christine and me) through the beautiful trails in the Cathance Preserve. Pete opted for a mountain bike ride on nearby trails (bikes aren't allowed in the Preserve).

After a fun run covering right about nine miles, we headed back for yummy coffee, banana bread, pancakes, watermelon, and beer. It was the perfect day for hanging with friends. Thanks, Danielle and Ryan!
