I don't know if I'll make it over to Bradbury as often as I did last summer (four days a week was not uncommon), but I'd be fine with it if I did. Mindy and I ran the Scuffle course yesterday. It's a nice length and the next race.
As always, Mindy and I filled the run with words. Probably a third of the run was dissecting her hip. There was no way the two of us weren't going to able to justify her running through whatever is going on. I'm praying for her to have Jeff's achilles rapture experience, but it seems more like just stretching and exercise are her left behind (left hip) future.
The run? It was a Bradbury run, which is to say, great. The only thing that could have been improved on was the humidity. I was almost instantly soaked and we noticed the breathing was a bit labored. I'm pretty sure Chuck posted info on poor air quality. Oh well, both of those things would have been issues no matter where we ran.
And then to Edna and Lucy's! I think we felt like we were lottery winners when we saw TBLTs on the special board! Good day.
Good day indeed!!
