Tried out the parts on a 4.3 mile, pretty flat run on the high school x-country course in Gorham. The hammies were a teeny tight (a big surprise to me since I've hardly ever had tight hamstrings; after a big run, it's always been sore, sore quads), but loosened right up as I warmed up. My toes didn't complain and I only had a slight reminder that I still need to be doing all the stretches for my piriformis.
I was also surprised to find more downed trees. I even had to scale some. I was pretty certain the twister had taken all of them down that were going to come down.
