Just got in from a slow 3.5 in the fields. I wore lots of bright orange and stuck to a loop close to the houses. I saw lots of deer tracks. I hope the buck I've seen throughout the summer survives.
There are still some twinges from the piriformis and my left heel is numb (better than pain!), but all the muscles are fine.
