I was expecting even more downed trees on my run on the Gorham x-country course today given the nasty weather we've had, but...The downed trees were all cleaned up and the trail smoothed out. There were signs indicating which way to go for gas or food. I hope the Gorham snowmobile club also tends to the trails behind the college. Oh, I don't want them taming it at all, but I'd love it if they pack down the snow. I'd definitely need all the screw shoes have to offer in traction.
Today I got in about 5.25 miles on a muddy course.
