Feeling Good
Gorham. The usual Thursday loops. Not the usual results. It was one of those quantum leaps. My laps were all about a minute faster than the norm; that's a lot off a 1.2 mile loop. AND my last lap was even slightly faster than the first. Notice, I'm not telling the time. It's still slow going - lots of climbing over logs, lots of steep hills, lots of gnarly roots and twisty turns. I like it there.
