I ran Tuesday's run again. I thought I was running a lot faster. It seemed to me that I could recover from the ups at a faster pace than I was doing before. Looking at the Garmin results, I could and did for two laps, but it took it's toll and my subsequent laps were slower, though I couldn't feel it. So even though two of my laps were 20 seconds faster than my Tuesday's times, my overall pace was 4 seconds/mile slower.
