Today's run was a hard one. I ran on the trails behind the USM campus in Gorham. It's been quite a while since I've run there. I remembered they were hilly and sometimes hard to follow, but I didn't anticipate the adventure I'd have from the downed trees. I realized that I didn't bring my cell or tell anyone where I'd be running. Next time I run there (Thursday and I'm bringing my camera if it's not raining), I'll do both.
Just over five miles took me 1:08:12. Had a great time!
