No, I didn't fall. I liked the alliteration. It didn't occur to me till I started writing that it might seem like I fell. "Autumn in the Fields" just doesn't have the same sound. ANY how... The fields become so much more pleasant now; the sun feels good, not oppressive.
I didn't get out till late. I was chilly to start. Yay! The plan was to do a couple of miles in my VFFs and then switch to my Inov8s for the rest. When I switched back, my feet were happier. I think I'll stick to just using the VFFs for everyday shoes not running.
Got in just over 5 miles. That was all I had time for.
