The last few days my stomach hasn't been happy. Doesn't seem to matter if I eat or don't, have coffee or don't, or anything else. Just kind of blah. So, after an unscheduled day off, I decided I should run today. About half way into my ten mile run, I started feeling better. By the end, I felt completely normal. It lasted almost 5 hours. Does this mean I should just keep running? At the very least it means days off aren't helping this.
Guess I should say something to tie in the title. There was very, very wet snow that made it a wet run, but otherwise fine.
If you feel worse running; don't run. If you feel better running; run. Only be concerned if beer makes it worse.
