Yeah, the title doesn't really fit, but...Sam and I always have to say that when headed to Gorham. Any other Firefly fans?
Another day of running the Gorham campus. I found a way to stretch my loop out even more and include a bigger hill. My new shoes have promise. Just need to play with the lacing a bit so that the top of my foot is not irritated. The good thing is they somehow made me feel fast. I really want to be able to wear them! I don't usually feel fast. And they're pretty!
The only bad part of today's run was that it reminded me of why I don't like the transition period between winter and spring. On my last loop the wind picked up a lot and pelted me with sand and salt. It got in my eyes, nose, and mouth. Give me back winter!
