Still Swells
I had just announced on our Saturday run that I could finally squat all the way to pee (yes, trail running topics...ask gIANt about his missing glove); my knee could bend fully. It is still misshapen, but functional. Well, by Monday morning, it was stiff again with a little swelling. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I'm just grateful it never required any time off. We've just the one more 3 week build period before the taper to the 50. Hard to believe it's that close already. Yesterday, I also lifted something wrong at work. I've got my previously-herniated disk telling me I better not do anything else stupid or I'll be in big trouble. Think before you lift. No injuries or sicknesses till after 5/12, knock wood.

I'm with ya on that one Val. Definitely taking it real easy to avoid any useless injuries before the big day.
