Today I got in two treadmill runs. That way I wasn't so rushed in the morning and had more time to have breakfast before my first class. Tri-guy was there for the a.m. run. He ran just as fast as yesterday, but not as long. I recognized a few others. It was not as crowded as the first morning. Maybe the free beer and wine from the night before had something to do with that.
If I run tomorrow, I've decided it'll be outside. I didn't even take one step out of doors today. I understand it was 70 and sunny.
Just check the pollution report if you aren't running first thing in the morning. That bowl really holds it in out there.
