Do I even need to say that after such a mood changing run we also went to E & L's where I made lunch out of the most wonderful panna cotta ever. Didn't even need a nap today after maybe two hours of sleep last night!

What a Difference a Run Makes...
Especially a run at Bradbury. Oh, especially a run at Bradbury where you see beautiful horses on the summit. Oh! And especially a run at Bradbury where you see beautiful horses on the summit then explore new trail. Oh!!! More especially a run at Bradbury where you see beautiful horses at the summit, explore new trail, then meet up with Mindy to run more miles!!! Oh, oh, oh! Definitely especially when you do all those things AND get a call from the kid that's just gone away to college (and you're running with Mindy who makes you feel like you have all the time in the world for that conversation while she stretches her calf).

There was some summit magic going on today for sure. Felt it on my drive past. Even though the TBLT would have capped things off, that panna cotta was (gasp!) almost more perfect!
