Two Days of Snowshoeing

Yesterday I ran our snowmobile trails, but went out with my snowshoes. That decision was based on the conditions of the day before, the drifting that was going on, and Danielle's advice on the conditions. It was a good choice. There were a few stretches in the beginning where I thought I was going to regret having the snowshoes, but soon knew it was a good choice. Some of the drifts were hard to get through with the shoes. I ended up with a respectable 4 miles.

Today Dora and I snowshoed at Bradbury. It was a glorious day. Bradbury never looked better. After a 3 mile walk admiring the beauty and catching up, we headed to Edna and Lucy's to enjoy a wonderful lunch.

  4. No, it only got to 40 so tights and thermal top, even had a fleece hat on but removed it after a while. Our high for Tuesday is expected to be zero; I jinxed things I guess.
