I ran earlier than I normally do on a weekday. My car had to go in for it's check-up. I decided to run during the process to kill two birds (wish they were Canadian Geese!). I got in a fairly flat 10k on roads. The only good part was that I got to see lots of good puppies, including real puppies!!! The last bit, I could have short cut back, getting in 5.8ish, knowing my car would be ready. Instead, I opted to run a course to get in at least six miles and was rewarded with an 8 wk old husky pup and its big sister, a 6 month old lab mix.
So, it was a boring run with benefits.
ok well if they were Canadian geese, then i guess it's ok! ;-)
