Late Night Danger

Well, the danger of running late is not the creatures out there...It's not running.  I forgot that, once in a while, I sleep.  It's almost unstoppable.  Till it passes, I'll have to avoid the couch until after my run.  Meanwhile, at this moment, I feel stupid with more sleep than my body knows how to handle.

  3. Don't forget that your body produces HGH primarily when you are in a deep sleep and your muscles need that to recovery properly! Sleep away, sleep away. Don't be afraid, just sleep away....
