Well, the danger of running late is not the creatures out there...It's not running. I forgot that, once in a while, I sleep. It's almost unstoppable. Till it passes, I'll have to avoid the couch until after my run. Meanwhile, at this moment, I feel stupid with more sleep than my body knows how to handle.
Sleep is part of the training.... your body was telling you that you need it

ReplyDeleteDon't forget that your body produces HGH primarily when you are in a deep sleep and your muscles need that to recovery properly! Sleep away, sleep away. Don't be afraid, just sleep away....
